Our oysters are grown in the clean waters of Van Ninh Bay 1.5 hours away from Nha Trang, Vietnam. The oysters generally arrive every afternoon around 3pm, so always fresh. Our pacific oysters are carefully farmed in the pristine waters of Nha Trang, and are very much comparable in both size, flavour and texture to the world famous french oysters such as the Fine De Claire. Their close proximity to Cambodia has allowed them to be supplied at a much more reasonable price so that all Cambodians can enjoy the wonderful taste of fresh oysters.
