Air-flown, live Canadian lobster, live oysters, caviar, sushi grade tuna, sea grapes and fresh Norwegian salmon.
Tim presented his bounty to the renowned kitchen team at The Tiger’s Eye restaurant in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, for a phenomenal one off, six-course chef’s degustation dinner with wines matched to each dish. The event remains a highlight of Cambodian culinary calendar and one of which Ostra Fine Foods remains most proud to have been a part of.
