Ostra Fine Foods is proud to offer a new range of locally produced and processed Kampot Crab meat.
Kampot Seafood is a marine, wild-captured crab meat, processing company located in Kampot province. With the technical support of the Marine Fishery Component of Cambodia Export Diversification and Expansion Program II, the company is now expanding its market.
Our Kampot Crab meat is carefully prepared in the only HACCP crab certified processing facility in Cambodia meeting international health and safety standards.
Hazard analysis and critical control points or HACCP reviews the production of food products and applies preventative sets of measures for food safety. Se measures protect from chemical, biological, and physical hazards during the production processes that can negatively affect the finished product causing it to be unsafe. HACCP addresses these issues and implements measurements to reduce these risks to a safe level.
At Ostra Fine Foods we hope to see the quality of Cambodian produce increase and gain the international recognition it deserves.
